Sparkling Wine

Let’s start with a classic: Veuve Clicquot. Specifically, the Yellow Label Brut NV. The predominance of Pinot Noir provides the structure of Veuve Clicquot’s Yellow Label, while Meunier adds roundness and Chardonnay adds elegance and finesse. The intricacies don’t stop there, however. Grapes from as many as 60 different crus are used in the blending process to create Yellow Label. A large part of this blend comes from reserve wines from different harvests to ensure the consistency of the House style.

Rosé Wine
