Description / Tasting Notes

On the palate, the poiré of this unique tree reveals all its finesse and depth. A playful sweetness meets subtly tart and intense aromas of pears and pear quince, apple and pure must. These are joined by blond tobacco, pungent kumquat peel, a hint of iodine and geuze. The moussing creates an enveloping sensation, while the tannin creates a slight resistance. The rich fruitiness and silky acidity complement each other perfectly. Additional freshness is provided by both the tannin and the dynamic minerality.
