Frequently Asked Questions Pertaining To Our Operations During  Community Quarantine

 

 Q: Can I self-collect my order? 

A: YES! You asked for it and we listened -- we now have a pickup option for our customers at San Isidro, Makati. Pickups run from Mondays through Fridays (except Public Holidays), between 10AM to 5PM.

Once we receive your order, one of our lovely Sales Associates will get in touch with you to confirm the schedule of your pickupwe usually are able to pick and pack most orders within the next business day!

 

Q: How fast can I receive my order during this quarantine period?

A: For majority of the cases, we deliver Metro Manila orders to your doorstep in 2 business days or less.

Q: Can you still deliver outside of Metro Manila during this period?

A: Yes we can!

Q: My city just imposed a liquor ban. Can you still deliver to me?

A: Regretfully, we are currently unable to deliver to areas with an active liquor ban imposed. As of October 22, 2021, these areas are:

Outside of Metro Manila:

  • San Pedro, Laguna
  • Sta Rosa, Laguna
  • Sta Cruz, Laguna
  • Davao City
  • Cagayan De Oro City

*Note: While we endeavor to keep the above list as current as possible, the list of affected cities are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders with delivery addresses to these cities shall be held for release, and shall only be fulfilled once the liquor ban in the city has been lifted. If your order is affected, optionally you may wish to nominate a shipping address that is not affected by the liquor ban by emailing sales@winery.ph and quoting your order number.

 

Q: Is there a minimum order value?

None. We are happy to announce that we have since lifted our minimum order value requirement in view of the restoration of logistics services.

 

Q: Can I pay through COD?

Yes! We have now reinstated cash-on-delivery for your convenience. As an effort to minimize handling, we encourage you to prepare the exact amount as per your order and place the amount in an envelope, for reduced handling by our fulfillment personnel or 3rd party couriers.
