Game of Thrones Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. Contest is open to all legal Philippine residents residing in major Philippine cities who are 18 years of age and above. Winery PH employees and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, and up to the third-degree of affinity and/or consanguinity, are not eligible to enter or win.
  2. Visit https://www.facebook.com/wineryph and follow the directions provided to join the contest. Contest participants must follow all steps to be eligible to win. Eligibility will be at the sole discretion of Winery PH, for any reason or for no reason, though specific reasons for disqualification may include but is not limited to use of inappropriate language, non-deliverable areas, or any other reason/s Winery Philippines deems fit. Winery PH is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect contest entries. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Multiple entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
  3. Winery PH will select the participant with the most number of likes as the winner. The winner will be selected based on the criteria set in the mechanics from among all eligible online entries received by the deadline date.
  4. Winner will be contacted via Facebook used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement notice will be considered the winner unless they specify another person as the winner. Winner is required to respond via Facebook direct message stating their full legal name, email address, permanent address, shipping address, and mobile number within 30 days of being notified of winning. Winner’s response will be considered as the official prize acceptance confirmation. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize.
  5. Winner must present valid government ID with photo to claim his/ her prize.
  6. If the winner is from Metro Manila, he/she must claim his/her prize at the Winery PH office within 30 business days from acceptance of prize. If the winner resides outside Metro Manila, Winery PH shall deliver and shoulder cost of delivery of the prize to the winner’s address. Expense for non-deliverable shipping address shall be shouldered in full by the winning party and Winery Philippines shall be held free and harmless from any and all liability due to non-deliverable areas and costs associated to fulfill the Prize Acceptance.
  7. Prize is not convertible to cash. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except at the sole discretion of Winery PH. If any portion of a prize is unavailable, Winery PH reserves the right to substitute that portion of a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
  8. Winery PH owns any and all rights perpetual. Winner agrees to have Winery PH to post, display or otherwise make publicly available the Winner's name, photo or information taken during the Prize Acceptance. You hereby grant to Winery PH and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensees an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of such content, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation.
  9. Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Winery PH, their subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Contest-related activity, or participation in this Contest. IN NO EVENT WILL WINERY PH, ITS SUBSIDIARY, AND OR AFFILIATES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CONTEST, OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
